Any Guild that has a Town Charter and has a KEEP on its Claim may have their Leader Anointed as a LORD OF THE REALM by the Church.
1.0 A Anointed Lord may request ownership of their local province is it is uncontested.
1.1 If a Lord's local Province is contested ( otherwise owned ) the Lord must declare war with the goal being to claim ownership of the province.
Winning the war changes the Province ownership to the winners. Losing the war the province remains firmly in the hands of the current
owner.
1.2 A Lord that has control of a province may set the following laws at the following tax fees to the church.
Any law that is seen to be broken , the criminal can be KILLED ON SIGHT as long as video evidence clearly shows the crime.
GREAT LAWS
(A) KOS Non guild members IF THEY Harvest Trees (Cutting down , carrying or transporting) - COST : 25 silver every 2 weeks
(B) KOS Non guild Members IF THEY Mine (includes Clay , Iron and other mineral resources) - COST : 25 silver every 2 weeks
(C) KOS Non guild Members IF THEY Build ( Includes any construction , masonry or other structures ) - COST : 50 silver every 2 weeks
(D) KOS Non guild Members IF THEY OPENLY CARRY Weapons ( Weapons are on hip or shoulder Slots) - COST : 100 silver every 2 weeks
A Lord does not have to set one of the 4 GREAT laws. However any LAW set within one Province is automatically applied to all provinces owned by the Guild.
These LAWS are KILL ON SIGHT EXEMPTIONS for the GUILD that owns the PROVINCE.
The GUILD must still provide video of ANY KOS attacks to GMS on request. Failure may result in the GREAT LAW for those provinces being over turned by the CHURCH.
2.0 A Lord may own more than one province , however only the following conditions allow further province ownership
(A) The province is adjacent to the home province you currently control.
(B) The province has a GUILD that has a town charter
(C) The Guild in that province has either lost a war to you for ownership of that province or has sworn vassalage.
(D) There are no other guilds within the Province that dispute your claim who have town charters.
If all of those conditions are true , you may request ownership of that province via the church in the RP forum.
